• Price of Device: The device would cost about ₹4000-₹5000. Along with this, the pricing includes ONT or ONU router costs (as per requirement).

• Additional Charges: An extra security charge of ₹1000 is levied, which is refundable once the RailWire plan has been canceled by the user.

How do I cancel my RailWire broadband plans?

To cancel RailWire broadband plans, customers should follow the following steps:

1. Login to the portal or RailWire account (through the app or online) and look for disconnection options to raise requests

2. Otherwise, contact the customer care service and enquire regarding the same.

3. Read the terms and conditions here before proceeding with cancellation plans, as a clause mentions that before terminating RailWire broadband services, the subscriber should inform 30-days before getting refunds.
