- Enter your name and registered Jio Prepaid number.
- Click on Generate OTP. Enter the OTP sent to you on your phone.

- A Jio customer care executive will reach out in 3-4 days. He/she will conduct an at-home KYC by verifying documents like Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA). The documents that are accepted include: Aadhaar card, voter ID, passport, and driving license.
- The executive will deliver your new Jio Postpaid Plus SIM, which will take about 24 hours to get activated. There, you have it!
