You can request shifting to a new place for customer care support (1860 3000 3434). If the new location is under the coverage of Tikona, your action plan will continue.

You have to make a request 3 to 4 days before shifting so that company can recover the devices from your old location. Also, share the new location’s complete address and the Pincode while making the request. You will be charged ₹ 250 and the service tax in your upcoming bill post-installation.
